Check your passes

1. Open the navigation menu and click passes.

2. The Your passes view shows the pass name, total and remaining visits (“total” / “left”), and the validity dates (“valid from” / “valid to”).

   

3. If you have more than one pass, use the dropdown at the top to switch between them.

4. If a pass hasn’t started yet, you’ll see “This pass has not been activated yet. If you want it to be valid from today - you can activate it now” — click activate now to make it valid immediately.

Note

If your account has an unpaid balance, the same view shows Your account balance with the amount owed. Click Pay to go to the payment operator’s secure page and settle it — one payment covers all your outstanding transactions at once. When you owe more than one seller, each balance is listed separately with its own Pay button.

5. To see the classes you’re already signed up for, open the navigation menu and click upcoming events — it lists your future bookings under “Upcoming reservations”.
