Unsubscribe from marketing messages

Unsubscribe in one click

Every marketing message from the studio has an unsubscribe link in its footer.

  1. Open the message and click the link in the footer.
  2. The Unsubscribing from marketing messages page opens with a confirmation: the studio will no longer send you marketing messages.

You do not need to log in or confirm anything — unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Subscribe again

Section titled “Subscribe again”

On the same page, right after unsubscribing, you will find a Subscribe again link. Clicking it restores your marketing consent.

You can change your mind later in the customer panel: in My details tick or untick I agree to be contacted for marketing purposes and save. See Update your details.
