Marek opens his studio in the system
Marek Wiśniewski has just created Studio Ruchu Flow in the system. The office panel is still empty — no classes, no instructors, no rooms, nothing a customer could book. Before the studio can sell anything, Marek walks through the first-time setup, top to bottom.
The studio itself is created at start.systemate.pl — step by step:
Set up a studio in Systemate.
1. Marek lists what the studio teaches
Section titled “1. Marek lists what the studio teaches”He starts with the classes themselves. In Settings → Course types he clicks Add and creates an entry for each discipline: Joga, Pilates, Stretching. For every type he fills in the Name, picks a Color so it stands out in the calendar, and adds a Short name for the tight weekly view.
Step by step: Create a class type.
2. He adds the people who will teach
Section titled “2. He adds the people who will teach”Classes need instructors. In Settings → Instructors Marek clicks Add and creates a card for each teacher — starting with Milena Zawadzka. He enters her First name, Last name, and the Display name that customers will see next to her classes.
Step by step: Add an instructor.
3. He maps out the rooms
Section titled “3. He maps out the rooms”The studio has two rooms, so the schedule needs to know about them. In Settings → Locations Marek clicks Add and enters the Name of each one: Sala A and Sala B. From now on every class will say exactly where it takes place.
Step by step: Add a room.
4. The first classes land on the schedule
Section titled “4. The first classes land on the schedule”With types, instructors, and rooms in place, Marek builds the opening week. In Settings → Schedule he clicks Add and fills in the form: the Course type, the Location, the Instructor, and the Capacity of the room. Monday yoga should run every week, so he checks Repeat on:, picks the weekday, and sets the Cycle end — the whole series appears in one go.
Step by step: Add a class to the schedule.
5. He switches on online payments
Section titled “5. He switches on online payments”Marek wants customers to buy passes on the web, not just at the front desk. In Settings → Payments he clicks Connect with Stripe and goes through the Stripe onboarding. Back in the panel he fills in the Payments regulations url, and once the Connected badge shows up, the customer panel can take card payments.
Step by step: Configure online payments.
6. Finishing touches: logo and invoices
Section titled “6. Finishing touches: logo and invoices”Finally, the studio should look like itself. In Settings → Configuration Marek uploads the studio’s Logo — it will appear in the customer panel and in the e-mails the system sends. In the same place he sets up how invoices are issued, so the paperwork takes care of itself from day one. Later, when the studio needs its company invoices in the national e-invoicing system, the same section is where KSeF gets switched on — that story is told in Marek connects the studio to KSeF.
Step by step: Set your logo and invoice details.
The result: the studio exists in the system — classes are on the schedule, instructors and rooms are in place, online payments work, and the branding is set. Time for the next chapter: building the offer and watching it sell, in Marek sets up the offer and checks sales.
