Update your details

1. Open the navigation menu and click your profile.

2. Edit first name, last name, phone, or e-mail, and tick or untick Marketing agree to change your marketing consent.

   

3. Click Save.

Tip

If you don’t have a phone number saved, an Add a phone number reminder appears at the top of the panel with an Add your number button that opens this form. The reminder appears from the second day after registration. You can close it — it will return after 30 days.

Note

Changing your e-mail address doesn’t apply immediately — we send a confirmation link to the new address, and your old address keeps working until you click it.

4. To change your password instead, click Change password, fill in your current password and a new one, then click Save.

Caution

If the current password you entered is wrong, you’ll see “Password change failed” and can try again.
