Manage campaign templates

A template is saved campaign content — the block layout, the texts, and the images — that you can use as the starting point for the next send instead of building it again.

Save a campaign as a template

1. In the campaign creator, in step 1. Content, click Save as template.
2. Choose New template and enter a Template name — it must be unique among the studio’s templates — or Overwrite existing and pick the template to replace.
3. Click Save template.

Overwriting does not change campaigns created earlier from that template — they got their own copy of the content.

Start a campaign from a template

Click New campaign in the campaign list and pick a template tile. A draft is created with its content, which you can then change freely. The Empty campaign tile starts from scratch.

Load a template into an open campaign

1. In the creator click Load template.
2. Pick a template and confirm.

Caution

Loading a template replaces the whole current campaign content — blocks, subject, and preview text. Systemate asks for confirmation, but the action cannot be undone.

Delete a template

In the template picker click Delete template on the tile and confirm. This cannot be undone; campaigns created earlier from that template stay unchanged.
