Manage campaign templates

A template is saved campaign content — the block layout, the texts, and the images — that you can use as the starting point for the next send instead of building it again.

Save a campaign as a template

1. In the campaign creator, in step 1. Content, open the Templates menu above the block list and choose Save as a template….
2. Choose New template and enter a Template name — it must be unique among the studio’s templates — or Overwrite existing and pick the template to replace.
3. Click Save template.

Overwriting does not change campaigns created earlier from that template — they got their own copy of the content.

Start a campaign from a template

Click New campaign in the campaign list and pick a template tile. A draft is created with its content, which you can then change freely. The Empty campaign tile starts from scratch. The template picker appears only when the studio has at least one template — without templates New campaign opens the creator directly.

Load a template into an open campaign

1. In the creator open the Templates menu above the block list and choose Load template….
2. Pick a template and confirm.

Caution

Loading a template replaces the whole current campaign content — blocks, subject, and preview text. Systemate asks for confirmation, but the action cannot be undone.

Delete a template

In the template picker click Delete template on the tile and confirm. This cannot be undone; campaigns created earlier from that template stay unchanged.
