Marek sets up the offer and checks sales

Marek Wiśniewski owns Studio Ruchu Flow. The office panel is where he shapes what the studio sells, who works the front desk, and how it’s all performing — he doesn’t touch the schedule day to day, that’s for his team.

1. Marek adds a new pass type

Autumn is coming and Marek wants a pass built for it. He opens Settings → Passes and clicks Add. He fills in the Name, picks a Category, sets the Price gross, and decides how the pass is limited — a number of days’ Validity (days) and which Valid for class types it covers.

2. He launches a promo code

To push early sign-ups, Marek also wants a discount code customers can enter at checkout. He goes to Settings → Coupons and clicks Add. He sets the Code, a Discount (percent or amount), how many times it can be used in total and per customer, an optional Valid from / Valid to window, and which passes it applies to under Valid for products.

3. Marek hires a receptionist

Business is picking up, so Marek brings Kasia Nowak on board to run the front desk. In Settings → Employees he clicks Add and enters her First name, Last name, Display name, and E-mail. Under Permissions he checks the boxes for what she needs at the front desk — including Manage schedule and Manage transactions — and saves. An activation link goes out to Kasia’s inbox.

4. Marek checks how sales are going

A few weeks later Marek opens Reports to see whether the new pass and the promo code are working. The Pass sale report shows him what sold and at what discount, and Coupons redemptions tells him how many customers actually used the code. For the bigger picture he glances at the Periodic financial report to see total revenue for the period.

The result: the new pass is on sale, the promo code is live, the front desk has an extra pair of hands, and Marek can see in the reports whether it’s paying off.
