Set up a studio in Systemate

Registration happens at start.systemate.pl and comes in two parts: you create the account right away and finish the rest after opening the link from the e-mail — on any device.

Step 1 — account and system address

1. Go to start.systemate.pl.
2. Enter the School name — it appears in the mails your clients receive.
3. Your system address is filled in from the name. You can change it — the field tells you as you type whether the address is free. A taken address blocks the submission and you get a suggested alternative.
4. Enter your Email and a Password (at least 8 characters). Show reveals what you typed.
5. Click Create account.

You land on the Check your inbox screen showing the address the link went to. That screen has no button — the only way onwards is the mail.

Step 2 — about your studio

1. Open the confirmation link from the mail. It works on any device and as many times as you need.
2. Enter your City, choose whether you operate as a Company or a Private person, pick the Studio type and Your role.
3. The question about help migrating data from your current system is optional. Answering Yes reveals a list of systems; picking Other adds a field for its name.
4. Click Next.

Step 3 — confirm the phone number

1. Enter your First name and Phone number. You pick the country code from the list to the left of the field — it opens on the country your browser stands in (+48 in Poland), and you can search the list by country name or by the dialling code itself. The field beside it takes the number alone, without the dialling code; the digits format as you type. A number pasted with its own code (say +49 170 1234567) moves the list to the matching country by itself.
2. Click Send SMS code.
3. Type the 6-digit code from the SMS and click Finish and open my system.

Done

The Your studio is ready screen shows your system address and a Go to the panel button. You log in with the email and password you signed up with.

Note

If the link from the mail stopped working you see “This link no longer works” — write to the support address shown on that screen and we will send a new one.

Tip

The SMS code has a limited number of attempts and a limited lifetime. Send again requests a fresh code (with a short countdown between sends) and Change number takes you back to editing the number.

Note

Sometimes after confirming the number you see a message that we will get in touch by e-mail. That means we are setting up a full batch of new studios that day and yours will be prepared by hand — nothing is lost and you do not have to repeat anything.
