Read your notifications

1. Log in to the customer panel — notifications are shown only to logged-in customers.

2. Messages your studio has published for you appear as banners at the top of the page, just below the menu, on every view.

   

3. To dismiss a notification, click the close (×) button in its corner. The dismissal is saved to your account, so the message will not come back.

Note

If nothing is shown, you simply have no active notifications — the studio decides when to publish them.
